Our vision is to build a leading AI-enabled services firm that helps customers benefit from the newest technologies in a practical way, empowers employees to thrive in the new economy.Our rapidly expanding Legal Tech practice now seeks a self-driven and motivated Key Account Manager with experience in Contract Lifecycle Management and a keen interest in GenAI and ALSP. Role Summary: As the Key Account Manager focused on Legal Tech, you will act as a crucial bridge between our clients (UK initially) and our legal tech delivery centers (India initially). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure flawless communication and service delivery to UK based Big 4 Clients, translating their business needs into actionable plans that our teams can execute. You will play a key role in maintaining and expanding our client relationships through strategic management and proactive communication across our global delivery centres and our Clients. Key Responsibilities: Client Liaison: Serve as the primary contact between clients (Big 4 focussed) and our delivery center, ensuring all client needs are articulated and understood internally with a focus on Legal Tech Solution Architecture: Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to translate client requirements into practical, scalable solutions. Project Management: Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all work meets agreed deadlines and standards that were sold to the Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients about their ongoing projects and manage any changes or updates in project scope. Sales and Expansion: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing clients and extend our offerings to new clients with similar needs. Escalation Management: Act as the first point of contact for any client escalations, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Client Buying Behavior: Provide a deep understanding of the clients purchasing processes and preferences to align our offerings accordingly by utilising existing Client network Qualifications: Proven experience in client relationship management, project management in Legal Tech (GenAI for Legal) with a preference for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) knowledge and interest in ALSP Strong understanding of solution architecture principles and the ability to communicate technical Legal Tech and GenAI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks. Experience in identifying and realizing sales opportunities within a client context. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client escalations calmly and effectively. Understanding of buyer process within Big 4 firms is a significant plus Based in London and able to meet with our Clients in person on a regular basis
