You will also provide desktop support and maintenance of over 400 printers, which includes troubleshooting issues, providing software and hardware maintenance.Other tasks include: Ticket Management.Active Directory including password resetsDeployments and configurationsNetwork patching.Asset Management including monthly fleet and stock audits. Essential skills & experience: Experience supporting desktop and printer hardwareActive SC Clearance.Breakfix experience on laptops and desktops.
