We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Westminster to assist with the appointment of a Homeless Prevention Officer , on a 1- month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £207.64 - £262.87 per Day Responsibilities: The post holder will provide support to the Housing Needs, Support and Safety portfolio, working collaboratively with partners and stakeholders to deliver the councils objectives and priorities. Lead by example in modelling and embedding the councils values and behaviours to help build a sustainable highly effective organisation and develop our reputation as a successful council delivering great value for its residents. To support the delivery of services in a timely and proactive way, to ensure that they are well coordinated, embed a culture of customer focus, innovation, drive continuous improvement and deliver value for money. Process and administer work that supports managers to oversee commissioning and procurement contracts. Process and undertake clerical duties with the support of managers to develop comprehensive person-centred engagement with clients, effective and developed feedback systems at both client and partner level. Requirements: Evidence of continued personal development Familiarity with IT and computer systems Demonstrable experience of working in a busy environment and supporting vulnerable customers and clients.
