With a focus on improving the lives of residents, they manage 19,000 homes and strive to create a better experience for all.Key Responsibilities: Manage RTB and home ownership functions efficiently, ensuring compliance with procedures and legislation.Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of RTB, collection, and service charge legislation, effectively communicating these principles to others.Collaborate with leaseholders, providing support with applications and conducting consultations.Cultivate positive relationships with Tenant and Residents' Associations, actively participating in meetings as required.Address correspondence and complaints promptly, drafting responses to member inquiries.Identify and assist vulnerable residents, directing them to appropriate support services.Take swift action on safeguarding concerns, adhering to established procedures.Investigate complex cases and collaborate with relevant departments and stakeholders for comprehensive responses.Represent the organisation in legal proceedings, ensuring all paperwork is meticulously completed.Stay abreast of relevant legislation and best practices related to the role.
