Job Title: Junior Doctor - Mental Health We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Doctor with a keen interest in mental health to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior doctor looking to gain valuable experience in psychiatry and make a positive impact in the field of mental health. Job Overview: Conduct initial assessments of patients presenting with mental health concerns. Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans under the supervision of senior medical staff. Monitor patients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the multidisciplinary team. Provide support and psychoeducation to patients and their families. Participate in ward rounds, case conferences, and other clinical meetings. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Adhere to relevant clinical guidelines and policies. Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills. Requirements : Medical degree from a recognised institution. Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) in the UK. Demonstrated interest in mental health and psychiatry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care.
