Senior RMN (Peripatetic Manager : Clinical Services) Location: UK : North West and North East Region Remote working with frequent travel and overnight stays Salary: A GBP 50,000 : A GBP 60,000 DOE + Car Allowance Hours: Full Time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week) Merco Medical have partnered exclusively with a leading UK Healthcare provider in their search for top talent and their recruitment of a Senior RMN with hospital and ward management experience to operate in the challenging and rewarding role of Peripatetic Manager (Clinical Services). Reporting to the Managing Director, this senior role requires a flexible and professional individual with relevant ward management experience within a hospital. As a RMN with commercial acumen, clinical leadership skills and the ability to make decisions and think on your feet, you will join a reputable organisation with a commitment to your personal career growth and development. No two days will be the same in this role : you will support sites which require improvement, drive performance and occupancy, support existing management teams and MDTs whist having the capacity to operate in a clinical capacity and be the go lead to support your nursing teams. With a commitment to the professional development of yourself and others, a natural leader with the drive and determination for improvement, this fast paced and rewarding role covering multiple sites will offer you new challenges daily.
