The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that the company's HR policies and procedures are in line with best practices and legal requirements.Key Responsibilities Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues.Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees and managers.Develop and deliver training and development programs for employees.Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and regulations. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
