Talent Resourcer Perm Opportunity Monday to Friday Office Based - Hybrid Working (after successful completion of probation period ) Salary £26,000 - £30,000 Good Benefits Package Are you an organised, proactive Resourcer with a passion for headhunting and finding top talent? if so we we would be delighted to hear from you. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Resourcer to join our dynamic team in Blackburn. This is a pivotal role, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and engaging high-calibre candidates to support our clients growing business. ideally you will have experience or a background working within similar sectors: Industrial, Energy, Recycling, Construction. Job Description: The Talent Resourcer will ideally have experience of working within similar sectors: Industrial, Energy, Recycling, Construction. Having a sound knowledge and understanding of the full recruitment and resourcing, process identifying quality stand out candidates, overseeing and managing the candidates journey from start to finish in a professional manner. You will support the Talent Acquisition function with the day-to-day resourcing and administration of the recruitment process. This will include: Writing job advertisements and advertising to promote opportunities to prospective candidates. Prepare and share social media adverts Completing the first stage of telephone/video screening Booking face-to-face interviews with Hiring Managers. Taking ownership of candidates' queries, responding via email, telephone, and in person. Post vacancies to multiple attraction sites. CV searching using various channels. Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in headhunting specific candidates from the competition for high-end job roles, such as senior management positions. Confirm interview feedback with hiring managers and ensure a swift response to all candidates. Ensure all data in recruiting software is always up to date and implementing improvements where necessary. Assist with recruitment events, such as open evening, careers fairs and local job events. Engaging professionally with tier 1 recruitment agencies if and when needed to assist with sourcing candidates. Assist with maintaining management information and metrics of the relevant recruitment monthly and annual statistics. Core Competencies: Previous experience in a recruitment/talent role (agency or internal experience within a similar sector) A self-starter attitude, able to use own initiative. Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with people at all levels. Team player with a can-do attitude Excellent IT skills (including experience of developing computerised systems and manipulating data to produce accurate management information reports). The ability to handle confidential matters sensitively. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, Flexible to meet deadlines and changing priorities Results driven. A full UK driving licence Resilience Showing reliability and resilience, even in difficult circumstances. Be prepared to make difficult decisions and have the confidence to see them through till the end. Respond to challenges rationally, remaining professional at all times. Make and carry out important decisions, even if they are unpopular, difficult, or controversial. Performance /Results Share personal passion and inspire others to push the boundaries of performance. Education/ Qualifications: Good standard of written English and Maths.
