What are they looking for? They are looking to expand their Woking team by bringing in a Recruitment Resoucer to assist with their current clients' requirements. If you're quick to pick up processes, organised and have a can-do attitude, then you're the right person for them. What is the job? You'll join the industrial and driving teams and assist them in attracting, screening and submitting top-tier candidates to the clients. There will be no business development necessary as the client base is already established, although there will be opportunities for progression and training to become the next great 360 Recruitment Consultant. Your skills: Good communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite A good track record employment Impeccable phone manner Full UK Drivers license Bonus: Recruitment experience within an agency would be advantageous What they offer: Up to £25,000 salary dependant on experience Up to 15% commission 25 days annual leave, plus public holidays, plus a day for your birthday Company Pension scheme Woking office Interest free loan, up to one months salary and once probationary period is completed High achievers club Ad hoc days out Apply Today!
