Nexgen London are seeking a hard-working, reliable Yard Supervisor to maintain the outside cleanliness of a purpose-built, 400-property Residential Development in Brentford.This opening will be available from 15th May 2024 and is a permanent, part-time position for 30 hours per week. Location: Ferry Quays, 5 Ferry Lane, Brentford TW8 0AT Shift Pattern: 8.00am to 2.00pm, Monday to Friday (6hrs per day) Main Duties: Litter picking and general tidying Sweeping outside areas Clearing spillages Removing and transporting Rubbish Organise and clean Bin rooms Cleaning exterior of the Estate What are we looking for? Full UK Driving Licence / Able to drive Must be flexible and able to work overtime at short notice Very good attention to detail Fit and able to carry out physically demanding tasks Excellent organisational skills and able to multi-task
