This is an excellent opportunity to lead and support a team looking after a group of young people aged 8:18 who have behavioural and emotional issues.We are searching for an experienced Deputy Manager with a minimum of Level 4 Young People and Family Practitioner qualification who shares our belief that disability is not a barrier and doesn't have to stop anyone from living their best life and enjoying new and varied experiences. Please note that full driving license is required for this role. Salary and Benefits: : Competitive salary: GBP 34,994 per annum with available overtime. : External and online certified courses. : Specialist in:house training. : Funded enrolment onto Level 4 and 5 NVQ. : DBS fees reimbursed. : On:site parking. : Company pension. : The ability to make a significant difference in other people's life. : Refer a friend scheme : you can earn up to GBP 500 per referral Client and Role: : Our client has a brand new children's residential home with residents aged 8:18 who have behavioural and emotional issues. : The aim of the home is to help the residents develop and maintain the necessary social and living skills to enjoy a fulfilling life whilst ensuring their physical and emotional care needs are also met. : The role includes acting as leader, role model and co:ordinator of shifts and fully deputising for the Registered Home Manager in their absence. : Leading and inspiring a staff team and take responsibility of their training, development, supervisions, and rotas. : Being a positive role model to the children and young people. : Delivering the Children's Standards in the home.
