As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive business objectives. You will utilize your expertise in various social media platforms, content creation, and analytics to optimize our online presence and foster meaningful connections with our audience. Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Develop innovative and data-driven social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand identity. Community Management: Foster and engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, utilizing both organic and paid strategies. Social Listening: Monitor social media channels for relevant conversations, trends, and feedback, leveraging insights to inform strategy and content creation. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and sales to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall business goals and objectives. Requirements: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different platforms and audiences. Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics). Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and adjust strategies accordingly. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
