Title: Outlet Manager Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Package: 8,000 AED basic, up to 4,000 AED live-out, plus service charge I'm currently supporting an incredible hospitality group, in Dubai, with their search for an Outlet Manager. The group own & operate an incredible luxury property, in one of the most sought after districts in Dubai, and this role will be responsible for heading up an incredible rooftop bar & restaurant, boasting incredible views of the Dubai skyline. This is more of an intimate venue, seating circa 100-120 guests. The role will be reporting directly into the F&B Director, and you'll be responsible for heading up all FOH operations. Personality is a big thing for this group, so we're looking for someone with high energy, a real love for hospitality, and someone with a great sense of humour too. Responsibilities:Coordinate daily Front of the House restaurant operations.Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.Organize and supervise shifts.Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it.Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.Recommend ways to reach a broader audience e.g. discounts and social media ads.Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
