Role: Principal Contracts and Procurement SolicitorLocation: Wales, hybrid workingContract Length: 3 months ongoingRate of Pay: £55-£60ph umbrella The Role: Draft legislation on various different Commercial Contracts mattersDeal with caseloads on Commercial Contracts matters from start to completionTo assist with the investigation of complaints relating to Commercial Contracts mattersTo contribute to the positive and well managed running of the Council’s legal team The Person: Someone with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Commercial Contracts and Procurement LawIdeally someone with at least 3 years of experience working within a Local Authority Someone with current, hands on experience of drafting legislationExperience of drafting construction contracts NEC/JCT and related documents would be idealSomeone who is able to proactively contribute to the successful running of the team Benefits: Hybrid workingFlexible hoursWeekly pay If this Contracts and Procurement Solicitor sounds like an opportunity that is right for you or someone you know, then don't hesitate to get in touch with Hugh Barnes via email, XXXX@servicecare.org.uk, or via phone at 0177XXXXXX.
