About the Team The Global Campaigns team at Workday crafts integrated campaigns and stories that inspire, empower, and excite customers across the globe! The Customer Base team partners across Marketing, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales and CX to deliver thoughtful and targeted campaigns that help customers get more value from existing investments and drive pipeline growth for additional products and services. About the Role As a Global Campaigns Senior Manager at Workday Inc, you will have an outstanding opportunity to lead global initiatives that educate and delight our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative ways that drive demand and accelerate pipeline growth. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Global Initiatives - Customer Base CHRO.Responsibilities:Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges to create tailored programs for key decision makers and influencers.Collaborate across different teams within the marketing department to develop and implement coordinated strategies that effectively drive demand and accelerate pipeline growth.Plan and coordinate webinars to engage our target audience.Coordinate with internal sales partners to ensure effective engagement, follow up, and lead conversion.Partner closely with internal teams to distribute new programs through various channels (email, digital, SEO, social media, etc.).Manage program spend and update quarterly budget forecasts to stay on track.Supervise ongoing campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization to achieve quarterly and annual targets.Share important programs and assets with internal teams, such as product marketing and sales, to keep them advised.Track and report on campaign effectiveness to measure success. About You We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates strong analytical abilities and has a background in B2B marketing and upselling/cross-selling to existing customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in planning and developing demand generation programs and be capable of implementing integrated marketing strategies on both a strategic and tactical level. Effective written and verbal communication skills is a requirement, as well as a commitment to partnership and collaboration.Basic Qualifications: P4 Global Campaigns Senior Manager:8+ years of integrated marketing or other relevant experience, with a focus on planning and developing demand generation programs both at a strategic and tactical level Proficiency in using various marketing channels to generate attributable leads.Experience in enabling sales teams to extend the efficacy of lead generation activities.Ability to lead project budgets and track campaign performance.Bachelor's degree required.Experience marketing to B2B audiences, ideally with a focus on HR and IT audiencesA good understanding of marketing systems, including Marketo (or a similar solution), Salesforce and TableauP3 Global Campaigns Manager :5+ years of integrated marketing or other relevant experience, with a focus on planning and developing demand generation programs both at a strategic and tactical level Proficiency in using various marketing channels to generate attributable leads.Experience in enabling sales teams to extend the efficacy of lead generation activities.Ability to lead project budgets and track campaign performance.Bachelor's degree required.Experience marketing to B2B audiences, ideally with a focus on HR and IT audiencesA good understanding of marketing systems, including Marketo (or a similar solution), Salesforce and TableauOther Qualifications:The ability to execute streamlined marketing programs The ability to work across groups, including internal partners and vendors The ability to provide budget support and track and monitor campaign performance and spendThe ability to analyze program results and performance trends and make data-driven recommendationsA strong focus on teamwork and collaboration within our own team and partnering teams Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multifaceted programsStrong written and verbal communications skillsEnterprise software/B2B marketing experience preferred Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
