Our mission is to create spaces that improve productivity and promote happier and healthier lifestyles.As a Senior Interior Designer, you will have the opportunity to be a key influencer within the department. We are seeking someone who is a strong all-rounder with high level conceptual design and client management skills, supported by extensive hands-on project experience. Communication skills are key for this role as you will be working closely with our Head of Design and other Project Leaders, working collaboratively, whilst sharing your knowledge and experience to empower junior and mid-level team members. About the job Key responsibilities: Leading pitch design presentations and client consultation throughout the design process Developing concept design sketches and AutoCAD in 2D layout Leading the FF&E selection Coordinating Building Control + Planning Applications Cross-functional working throughout the department and with the project team Managing and leading teams with design leadership to meet client expectations and ensure the project design brief is followed. About You: To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate your experience in the following key areas: Expert skills in Software: Office Suite, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign (Revit is advantageous but not a pre-requisite) Selecting and scheduling FF&E Previous experience in Interior Design & Build is preferred. Degree in Interior Design Experience of working at an architect practice.
