In this role, you'll be an integral part of our project team, coordinating and processing work scope associated with project-related contracts for all our cutting-edge products.Reporting directly to the Project Manager and collaborating closely with the Director of Isolation Services, you'll have the opportunity to engage with clients and third-party inspection services. Your role will involve assisting with detailed quotations, coordinating technical documentation, arranging project kick-off meetings, and managing project plans, budgets, and milestones.Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing detailed quotations for project-related enquiriesCoordinate technical documentation for bid submissionsArrange project kick-off meetings upon contract awardManage project plans, budgets, and milestonesCoordinate field surveys and attend client meetings as requiredEnsure timely receipt of engineering drawings and associated documentsWrite necessary testing and operational proceduresCoordinate client or third-party inspection visitsCompile mobilization lists and advise on deployment requirementsAssist with field deployment as requiredEnsure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental management systems Experience in an engineering background with topside/process/pipeline/subsea experience is advantageous, along with strong technical writing skills. A driving license is required, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Project is essential.
