The Service Desk Support professional will play a pivotal role in the organisation. As a key member of the service team, youll be responsible for logging service calls, managing contractors, and providing comprehensive client and management reporting. Key Responsibilities: * Efficiently log and track service calls, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.* Coordinate with contractors to schedule and oversee service tasks, maintaining quality standards and adherence to deadlines.* Produce regular internal reports for client performance and KPI tracking* Prepare and deliver detailed client reports, providing valuable insights and recommendations for service improvement.* Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. Required Skills and Qualifications: * Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.* Smart thinking and problem:solving abilities to address complex service issues.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manipulate data and generate reports.* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction and team collaboration.* Prior experience in a service desk environment or a related field is preferred but not essential.
