Senior IT Business Relationship Manager, Manufacturing

As an experienced Senior IT Business Relationship Manager, youll ensure strategic alignment with the European manufacturing and engineering business. You will partner closely with the function to deeply understand their strategic and operational business priorities and the opportunities where digital can play a role in unlocking target capabilities. Based at our Media City office in Manchester, this hybrid role allows for flexibility with three days spent in:office each week. Youll closely collaborate within a core team of four Business Relationship Managers and report directly to our IT Director: BRM Supply Chain and Functions. Your primary focus will be on nurturing strategic, value:driven relationships with business leaders and teams. Youll also be responsible for overseeing and governing the delivery of value through technology and data initiatives for manufacturing/ Power, Control and Information Systems. Collaborating across functions and within a global team provides ample opportunities for local and global professional growth. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing : Strategic Business Partner: Applying industry trends/knowledge and technology thought leadership to co:create a technology roadmap with our manufacturing and engineering teams which delivers maximum business value.: Stakeholder/relationship management : Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders across our global and regional business and IT leadership teams. : Drive Results : Work with internal IT teams to ensure we "execute with excellence" our technology roadmap, resolving conflicts, prioritisation challenges, and overseeing effective delivery.: Change Management and Engagement : Champions change management planning and execution across all technology initiatives. Drive culture and engagement with our teams. : Value Delivery : Lead digital demand intake process for our plants, ensuring robust business/ benefits cases and effective governance is in place to continually optimise the value of IT investments. We're Looking for Someone With : Experience/expert in business processes for manufacturing and/or engineering. : Experience leading digital manufacturing programs of work to optimise productivity and efficiency across operations with data, AI, automation, simulation, smart factory, digital twinning, and other Industry 4.0 and Digital Enterprise tools and technologies.: Experience in successfully initiating and overseeing medium or large:sized technology projects or initiatives, leveraging cross:functional teams.: Requires a strong strategic mindset, very good communicator with strong impact and influence skills. Stakeholder management is a critical skill. : Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, overseeingthe successful delivery of multiple high:priority initiatives in a fast:paced environment, including effective change management to ensure technology initiatives are adopted and add business value.
