Fitness Instructor : Wellbeing and Fitness Salary: A GBP 27,000+ Location London Role This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that is creating a healthier community for all to enjoy. The role of the Fitness Instructor is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the fitness facilities, and all fitness related equipment. Role * Responsible for all aspects of safe exercise, teaching, fitness programming as well as planning activity programs.* Communicate effectively in the workplace including regular departmental meetings and participation in club meetings.* Ensure that the facilities are maintained in compliance with health and safety legislation.* To co:ordinate and implement motivational programs and extracurricular recreational activities.* Support the delivery of the healthy communitys strategy seeking opportunities to engage new communities driving the commercial and social values targets.* To ensure that financial and budget targets are met.* Oversee the fitness/ aerobic timetable ensuring the best instructors for members.* Manage performance of all class instructor and ensure underperforming classes are review monthly.
