Dispute Resolution Locum Solicitor : 5+ PQE, Northamptonshire : GBP 40 : GBP 50 per hour. An opportunity to join a well:established law firm on part:time basis as a locum solicitor and provide dispute resolution services to local clients. Job Ref: 5864 OVERVIEW: - The firm is looking for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor of at least 5 years PQE to pick up the busy existing caseload and progress new caseload coming in.- The appointed candidate will have experience with managing own caseload.- You will be expected to handle general dispute resolution matters such as, but not limited to property disputes, boundary disputes, neighbour disputes, landlord and tenant, wills etc.- This role will be accompanied by highly experienced secretarial support.- You will be excellent at providing high:level services to local clients.- You will be expected to work predominantly on:site in their Northamptonshire:based office.- The assignment will be approximately 3+ months long, with the ideal start at the end of May.- You will be able to commit to working 3 days per week, days including Tuesday and Wednesday.
