Job Title: Head Chef Salary: Up to A GBP 55,000 per annum Location: London Are you a seasoned culinary leader ready to make your mark in the vibrant world of creative content production? Were on the lookout for a talented Head Chef to join a dynamic team in central London. As the culinary mastermind behind our operations, youll play a pivotal role in upholding our culinary vision and delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities: * Lead day:to:day kitchen operations, ensuring impeccable standards from open to close.* Collaborate with the Executive Chef in menu design and development, maintaining our high standards of quality and presentation.* Manage food standards and quality across all stages of preparation and production.* Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations in the kitchen.* Monitor portion control, stock levels, and wastage to achieve target GP.* Lead training and development initiatives for kitchen staff, fostering a positive and cohesive team environment.* Assist with team scheduling and fully deputize in the absence of the Executive Chef. Skills: * Excellent communication and organizational skills.* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.* Proficiency in baking, cooking, and grilling techniques.* Proactive attitude and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
