As our Client Relationship & Project Manager, you will help coordinate multiple departments across our company. You will be HYPER organised and have an INCREDIBLE attention to detail. Being “organized” should be a top priority in your life and must be able to multi-task and prioritize projects, while simultaneously meeting deadlines and prioritizing your tasks. Communication is critical to the role's success, as we operate across multiple countries meaning we do not always have the typical face-to-face interactions, A lot of your communication will be through online channels and as such you will be a WORLD-CLASS communicator through channels such as Slack, email and over the phone. You will also be responsible for working with finances, processing payments and memberships and working with our CRM, so being numerically literate and comfortable with technology is a must. Ideally, The successful candidate will have experience in managing busy calendars and dealing with multiple requests daily and is able to action and prioritise accordingly and be fluid in their daily tasks when needed. In doing so you will assist in providing a first class service that our business and clients have become accustomed to. You will develop a strong relationship with our ever-expanding worldwide client base providing product support and advice to our high-level clients leading to our users staying with us for years and years. You must be comfortable with talking to strangers on the phone both in person and on the phone as well as a self-starter.
