Hygiene Manager Cinderford, Gloucestershire Competitive DOE + 28 Days Holiday (Inclusive of recognised Bank Holidays) + Life Assurance + Cycle to Work Scheme + Some site travel Monday to Friday, working 7pm to 3.30/4am.40:45 hours per week. (Some flexibility required). Hygiene Manager required for a well renowned food manufacturer. The role offers long term stability and the opportunity to lead a team within a key function of the business. The Hygiene Manager Role: * Efficient and effective management of the evening shift cleaning team, ensuring all hygiene functions are completed to the required standard; continuously striving to find new ways to improve efficiency and quality of the cleaning processes.* Ensure the department is adequately resourced at all times, maintaining and developing the appropriate skill base as required.* Engage, motivate and develop the team to enable the achievement of KPIs and satisfactory completion and sign:off of all cleaning processes.* Completion of daily cleaning audits, ensuring that corrective actions are recorded and subsequently carried out.* Any other reasonable tasks as requested by Site Management. The Successful Quality Supervisor: * Previous experience working in a hygiene team/department; knowledge of cleaning processes and equipment.* Confident with H and S and COSHH regulations (in house training is provided).* Effective communication skills at all levels both internal and external.* Must be flexible towards shift patterns and willingness to work hours outside the shift pattern (including Saturdays and Bank Holidays).
