Join Our Team as an Account Lead : Work Experience Team Are you passionate about empowering young people by arranging valuable work experience opportunities? As an Account Lead, your mission will be to arrange high:quality work placements for students aged 14 to 18 while fostering strong relationships with employers, schools, and students and their families. Youll play a pivotal role in guiding young minds toward successful career paths and boosting their confidence and aspirations. About the Role Joining our dynamic Work Experience Team, youll be responsible for coordinating with local schools and colleges to place their students in meaningful work experiences with reputable companies. Your organisational prowess and ability to problem:solve will be essential as you navigate deadlines and ensure a seamless placement process. Key Responsibilities: * Act as the main point of contact and account lead for allocated schools, nurturing professional relationships with staff and students* Engage with employers to facilitate student placements through phone, email, and in:person interactions* Assist parents and young people seeking work placements, guiding them through the application process* Process work experience applications efficiently and accurately, matching students to suitable placements* Manage correspondence with stakeholders and provide timely follow:up as needed* Provide on:site support at schools, aiding staff and students in the application processes and ensuring a smooth placement experience* Champion social mobility initiatives and challenge stereotypes through your work* Maintain accurate database records and contribute to data collection for evaluation purposes* Promote work experience opportunities at various events and networking meetings* Handle incident and accident reporting according to established protocols Benefits: * Starting salary of A GBP 22,308 per annum pro rata, increasing after probation* Flexible 37.5:hour workweek, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours between 8 am and 5 pm, however requests for part time may be considered* Office:based role in central Leicester with free parking* Holidays 25 days leave* Option for four days of remote work per month after probation* Consideration for Term Time Only working requests* Flexible Time off in Lieu system* Company Pension Scheme with a generous 10 contribution Additional Information: * Desirable: Full driving license and access to a vehicle insured for business use* LEBC will carry out an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check on the successful applicant Join Our Dynamic Team If youre ready to make a positive impact on the lives of young people while enjoying a rewarding and flexible work environment, we invite you to join our team.
