Key Responsibilities: Sourcing Savvy: Leverage your research and networking skills to uncover top talent for a variety of open positions across different sectors. Screening & Shortlisting: Become an expert at evaluating resumes and conducting effective candidate screenings to identify the best fit. Interviewing Ace: Hone your interviewing skills to conduct in-depth interviews and accurately assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
