Long-established, local law firm are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Workington.Long-established, local law firm are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Workington.Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Residential Conveyancing role within an accredited property team, working on your own varied caseload from inception to completion that will include work such as: Contracts of SaleLegal SearchesLand Registry requirements, both registered and unregistered landSales & purchaseRe-mortgage casesTransfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensionsLiaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.
