Job Title: Senior People Partner Location : South of UK / Hybrid Working (London) Salary: Up to A GBP 60,000 Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for fostering growth and nurturing talent? Are you ready to take the next step in your career with a rapidly expanding Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand? I am working with leading QSR brand experiencing exponential growth, the brand are on a mission to take over As a Senior People Partner, you will be a strategic leader in the HR department, responsible for developing and implementing people strategies that align with the business goals. Youll play a crucial role in enhancing the workplace culture, driving employee engagement and ER related issues. Key Responsibilities of The Senior People Partner: * Develop and execute HR strategies that support our business objectives and promote a high:performance culture.* Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.* Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development programs.* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.* Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure HR strategies remain competitive and effective. The Right People Partner: * A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies in a fast:paced environment.* Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.* Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives.
