Handling a wide range of corporate matters, the appointed Corporate Solicitor will be dealing with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, disposals and corporate restructuring. The role will be varied and you can expect to assist in building the profile of the firm and team locally and further afield. THE CANDIDATE:The appointed Corporate Solicitor will have at least 1 years' PQE and possess a sound understanding of corporate law. You will have excellent business development skills, be highly driven and motivated with a positive outlook and a friendly and caring attitude.
