Join a distinguished team of legal professionals dedicated to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction. or to register your interest, Lauren on 850 and quote Job Ref: 5960 JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor : Real EstateEXPERIENCE: 2 : 3 years' PQELOCATION: Greater Manchester/ HybridSALARY: On application OVERVIEW:-The appointed Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will join the firms' Real Estate Residential department.-Responsibilities include, handing caseload of matters to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, shared ownership, transfers of equity and remortgages.-2 to 3 years' PQE required and experience managing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from inception to conclusion.-You will ensure that tasks are managed effectively by communicating with clients, external agencies, and fellow legal experts.-Hybrid / flexible working is available, with one day a week worked remotely HOW :Contact Lauren Harris on 850 or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
