Being a Channel Program Manager at iManage means… You are a strategic and organized program manager with a passion for supporting our reseller, technology, training and support partner programs in their successful delivery of iManage applications and/or services. We work with an extensive variety of partners in our global partner ecosystem, and you will play a key role in ensuring their onboarding and continued success is supported with critical communication. As part of the Channel Alliances team, you will contribute to defining program best practices, and aligning the needs of our partner community with our enablement efforts.You will collaborate extensively across internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Partner Development to ensure program cohesion. Additionally, you will keep a pulse on the overall industry at large to identify key trends and create a best in class program. iM Responsible For… Maintaining a cadence of communication with existing partners to inform them of new programs, updates to the Universal API, and new journeys including available training courses. Engaging in customer success initiatives, Forrester studies and lead generation specific projects. Leading discovery and onboarding efforts including new partner intake, responding to inquiries, holding qualification meetings, and ensuring contractual agreements are reached. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to prepare for external kick off sessions. Supporting global Partner Development Managers in assisting partners with setting up events and holding webinars along with additional co-marketing activities including NPS (Net Promotor score) projects. Encouraging the attendance, sponsorship and participation at key industry and iManage events. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Partner Development to respond to partner inquiries. Maintaining partner directories and contact lists &roles in Salesforce, and update iManage website with status of partners (including products and/or services offered, badging, tier program, and classification). Ensuring partners maintain their required certified individuals and corresponding continuing education requirements. Ensuring contracts are maintained and up to date based on renewal or changes in partner tier. Coordinating with Marketing and other stakeholders for the creation of brochures, guidelines, and data sheets for various tier descriptions including newsletter contributions using Asana. Also engage with lead and referral processes and tracking iM Qualified Because I Have… 5+ years in a similar strategic Sales, Customer Success or Alliance Management role Experience creating programs that support the success of Channel Partners at a SaaS company. The ability to synthesize program initiatives and create presentation materials. A demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and strong project management skills. Exceptional communication with strong interpersonal skills Experience working with expanding global businesses in a cross cultural international environment The ability to think strategically, enjoy multi tasking, innovative and drive action accordingly Don't meet every qualification listed above?
