Because of organic growth, they are looking for a Production Planner to permanently join their business.Based in LEEDS, just a few miles from the M621, the Production Planner can easily accessible from Bradford, Wakefield, Dewsbury, Huddersfield, Halifax, Wetherby, York and Harrogate.The Production Planner will be responsible for: Accurately generating shopfloor manufacturing document packages for all internally manufactured parts & componentsTransferring appropriate customer information & quality requirements whilst ensuring that manufacturing cycle times are accurately entered for scheduling purposesGenerating and validating the required details for appropriate materials ordersReviewing and updating manufacturing cycle times and methods as part of the companies continuous improvement initiatives For the Production Planner role, we are keen to receive applications from individuals who possess: Previous experience working in a similar role Planning, Scheduling, Coordinating etc. within an Engineering or Manufacturing environmentStrong IT skills with the ability to pick up new processes and procedures quickly with initial guidancePrevious experience using ERP systems/software Working hours of the Production Planner: 37 Hours per week, spread across a regular day shift Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 16:00Friday: 08:30 to 15:30 In return the Production Planner will receive: Annual Salary: £30,000.00 £15.59 per hourAuto-enrolment to company pension after initial probationOptional Simply Healthcare plans24/7 Employee Assistance Programme for employees & immediate familyStable employment that will offer long-term career opportunities To apply for this role, please click the “APPLY NOW” button and attach a copy of your CV.
