Unit three is located at high street level and the square footage is: Approx 613.5 sq. feet internal area. There is a service charge to be paid to the management company on top of the rent - This is currently at 104.28. The rental amount is 780pcm including VAT.Holly Court uses standard leases and so there are no ingoing legal costs for tenants unless tenants wish to use their own solicitor. Important Note: The following fees are not included in the advertised rent of the property.TENANTS: If you choose to take the tenancy on 1 of our properties we will ask you to pay an agency fee of 114.00 including VAT per tenant that is over the age of eighteen years old ?
