Highly recommend to anyone" About the Location The property is located in a small cul-de-sac in the quiet residentialDalfaber area, which is at the North end of Aviemore village. (PH22 1LQ). We'reabout 20-30 minutes walk - or a few minutes drive - from the centre ofAviemore, where you'll find a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants. The railway station is on the main street in Aviemore and a taxi from there toour property should cost about £6 to £7. About the Property The property is a modern, attractive and wellmaintained 3-bedroom detached bungalow which sleeps up to six people. Accommodation comprises: Agood sized sunny open plan living/dining room with electric fire and two storage heaters. There is anLCD TELEVISION with digital channels, DVD player and selection of DVDs and amini hi fi. The dining area has a large dining table and 6chairs. There is a telephone for incoming andemergency calls. We offer free Wi-Fi using super-fastfibre broadband. Separatewell equipped kitchen with electrichob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, under counter fridge withsmall freezing compartment, toaster, kettle, Bosch Tassimo coffee maker andiron. A good selection of utensils, cutlery, glasses, cookware, tablewareand cleaning equipment is provided. Bedroomone - a good sized room with double bed , good sized fitted wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables withdrawers. Bedroom2 - a cozy room with double bed , double fittedwardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables with drawers. Bedroom3 - a compact room with two full sized single beds , single fitted wardrobe and 2 bedside table with drawers. A travel cot is also available - you will need to provide your ownmattress and bedding. Bathroomwith bath and electric shower overbath, wash basin and WC. Separate cloakroom off the hall at the front of the property,with WC and wash basin. Gardens tothe front, rear and sides of the property . Driveway for 2/3 cars and additional street parking is readilyavailable in front of the property. To the rear and at the side of the house there is a 7 feet x 5 feet shed withpadlock, which is available for guests to use e.g. for bikes. There isalso a picnic table and washing line. The back garden has a simple post and rail fence and is open via a sidepath to the front of the house and the road. Please supervise youngchildren and pets in the garden! We have regular visits from two red squirrels and some of thesmall herd of roe deer that live in the woodlands. Pheasants, ducks andmany small birds can also be seen regularly in the garden. Please note, while we do have a garage this is used as astoreroom for the property and is not available for use by guests, sorry. There are properties to either side of us, but the cul de sac is veryquiet with only ten houses in total and the whole area is very quiet andpeaceful. Pets are very welcome and there is no additional charge. All cleaning, bedding and electricity costs are included in the price. Questionsand Answers Q. What arethe arrival and departure times? A. You can arrive any time after 4pm. Departure time is twelve noon. Q. What happens once I have paid my deposit or full holiday payment? A. We will send you a booking confirmation letterthat includes all arrival info, directions and key collectionarrangements, together with a booking form for you to complete andreturn. This will be emailed if you supply an email address. Q. Wheredo I collect the keys from? A. We will arrange this with you. Ourkey holder lives in the same street as the property. We also have anexternal key safe. Q. Howmany people does the property sleep? A. The max adult/child occupancyis 6. However, infants sleeping in cots are in addition to this. All sleeping accommodation is in bedrooms. A folding travel cot isavailable for one additional infant. The property is not huge and isideally suited to four adults and two children. Please note that the livingroom has sofas seating 5 people, although there are six dining chairs aswell. Q. Whatbedding is provided? A. All beds have duvets and bed linen isprovided. Q. Doyou provide towels? A. No, please bring your own bath and handtowels. We do provide dish towels and 1 hand towel in both thebathroom and WC. Q. Doyou allow pets? A. Yes, we welcome pets so long as you don't allowthen to lie on our furniture or beds. You must ensure they are cleanbefore allowing them into the carpeted living areas. There is noextra charge for pets but we do expect you to clean up any pet hairs before youleave. Q. Doyou have cots or high chairs? A. A folding cot is available but you need tosupply your own mattress and bedding. Unfortunately, we do not have a highchair. Q. Doyou provide cleaning equipment, washing up liquid etc.? A. Cleaning equipment, dish towels, washing upliquid, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, several rolls of toilet paper, liquidsoap and some other essentials such as sugar, salt and pepper are provided. Q.
