On arrival clients are welcomed by our amazing volunteer befrienders who are equipped to provide details, support and a listening ear. A team of specialist counsellors are on hand to help deal with the emotional impact of cancer, and complementary therapies aim to improve wellbeing, help with pain management and increase self-confidence.We provide health and wellbeing info, exercise programmes and courses to help people live well with their cancer diagnosis. From coffee mornings to craft groups and mindfulness classes, people come together to meet people who understand what they are going through.
